Birch Hill Forest Camp with Bonfire

About this campsite

Old beech and birch woodland on the upper hollow with generous tent pitches, a legendary Saturday bonfire, and easy trail walks from the gate.

Pitches are large and well-drained, each with its own fire pit and picnic bench. The camp shop stocks firewood, marshmallows, and emergency tent pegs.

The Saturday bonfire gathers the whole site with live folk music in summer. Hollow trails connect all six camp areas, so it works for weekends and longer stays alike.

Good to know

Check-in from 2pm, check-out by 11am. Quiet hours run 10pm–7am. Dogs are welcome on lead. Every booking includes free date changes up to 7 days before arrival — just message our hosts.
